What is covered:
All parts defective in material and workmanship.
Exclusions: Regular replacement parts such as air filter
cartridges and UV lamps; Plastic clamps that hold in UV lamp.
For how long: Three years from purchase date.
What we will do: Repair or replace any defective parts.
What you must do:

Pack the product
in its original carton, and in the same manner in which you
received it, or as identical as possible.

Include proof of
purchase inside box.

Label and ship the
unit, freight prepaid (by customer), to the address provided.

Other Conditions
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written
warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The
manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual
purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the
manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or
indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that
resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident,
improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or
modification as determined solely by us. This warranty is void if
the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
If any part requires
repair during the first 90 days after receiving your air purifier, due to
manufacturer defect, then Indoor Purification Systems will replace
it with a new machine.

Label and ship the
unit, freight prepaid (by customer), to the address provided.
Return shipping will be paid by Surround Air if replacement is
required during first 30 days.
If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your Surround Air Multi-Tech air purifier, you can return it/them to Indoor Purification Systems for a full refund of the amount of
the purchase. You have 30 days to do so from the time you receive your
order.
Your only expense is to
ship the purifier(s) back to us.
You must first contact
us to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions. To avoid a delay in
getting your refund to you, include a copy of your email or printed
receipt. You can even just include a note that provides your name,
address, phone number, and invoice number if possible.
Note: If you order more
than one unit, and return part of your order, your total price will be
adjusted according to how many units you keep. Then, you will be
credited the difference between what you originally paid, and the
adjusted price.
It is highly recommended
that you make sure the item you returned can be tracked (additional
fee with the Post Office, but standard with other delivery services).
